Sony DEV-5 Binoculars with photo and video capability

A bit of humor comes to James Bond with Sony's latest product. Standing on a hill, watching through binoculars and something to hold the crucial scenes photo so - that sounds quite exciting. Sony's new binoculars DEV-5 master this trick. With the current size is a 007 again but feeling a little lost.

Images shot can be fired at up to 7.1 MP in 16:9 format. Videos only with a length of three minutes. But what is probably the most deterred from buying one is the price. Here again comes to James Bond feel, $ 2000 will not allow the normal customer jump for the Sony DEV-5.

 

Our colleagues at Engadget were able to make a few snapshots. The picture seems to have decent sharpness and color intensity to. Only at higher zoom, it is probably difficult to keep the oversized binoculars still, blur and noise then increases.
